@Players Here guys. Apologies for this category not properly set up yet, I'll get onto this shortly.

Usually, I'd sort out teams and pick the players into teams myself to try and balance it out depending on experience, which is ranked higher etc. However, this time I think it's more appropriate that I give players some flexibility in choosing which team to go for and I'm sure players would prefer if they choose. However I do want to recommend that Me and Mithent should be on separate teams based on experience and ranking, and as well as high suitability as team captains (even though I'm not as perfect), however I'll probably leave the rest to you guys. I'm aware not all of you have met one another but I think it's good to have some communication beforehand.

Do I need to give some sort of pitch? I spent the last five days at a convention where I didn't get enough sleep, so I'm confident that I'll be extremely awake on Saturday!

I guess it would be useful if we introduce ourselves briefly so we know what our strengths/weaknesses are?

Strategy is really going to be a joint thing, it doesn't usually mean anything for that

What do they actually do though that's different? Aside from finances, if strategy is all pretty joint, is there anything else the captain needs to be responsible for?

I'm def not putting myself forward btw as I dint have the experience or knowledge, I'm just wondering from a gameplay perspective the difference between captain vs team member.

I don't think there is much besides ensuring each team has someone who knows how the game runs and has some nominal responsibility for keeping things on track

Main issue is, I wouldn't trust them from stating what they see into other chats that could give out something neither teams don't want to know.

This goes back to the Manchester game, but I wasn't thinking of this as being a "helpdesk" role, more like a spectator/cheerleader/occasional strategist thing that could allow lightweight remote engagement

Development: Currently No Elizabeth services between Heahthorw T2 and T5 due to a broken down train. We'll allow teams to use the Heathrow Express free service instead, which will count towards this line.

Depends if you have an oyster or not

I have an oyster with a 16-25 discount

I think oysters are more beneficial if you're residing locally.

There is potential to go to Zone 6 for extreme points, right?
