To clarify some basic elements of gameplay:
To claim a station you must:
1) Take a group selfie outside the station entrance/exit, with both the station name and all team members clearly visible, and send it to the helpdesk verification channel. This informs us that you are attempting to claim one particular station.
2) Complete the challenge associated with the station. All team members must within reason complete the challenge, either individually (things like walking or riding a train) or as a collaborative effort (if it involves creating art or photographing something for example).
3) The burden of proof for completing a challenge is on your team; you will need to give us enough evidence to convince us. Failure to do so will leave the station unclaimed for the time being.
To initiate a battle challenge:
1) Take a group selfie outside the station entrance/exit, with both the station name and all team members clearly visible, and send it to the helpdesk verification channel. This informs us that you are attempting to battle for that station.
2) We will contact the other team. Once we have both of you informed of a battle challenge you will be given a time for the challenge to start, which includes a few minutes to get to a more favourable position.
3) Battle challenges have been designed to be objective - i.e. there should be a clear winner - but in case of dispute, the helpdesk's decision is final.
