I'd strongly recommend at least one player in this team makes an effort to stay online throughout the course of the game and monitoring #helpdesk-announcements - that way you can keep informed of how the other teams are doing so you can work on strategy in real time
Standard procedure I've always followed in events/challenges like this is that if the organiser has too much advance knowledge of the board, it's best they don't participate

hence why I skipped doing the IKEA challenge in that old video
I'm further away from the game than I was last July

i mean the summer last year game we first where outside of St Pancras Spoons, then it started to rain so we croweded round a 2 x 1 person table ordering food and what not
well take into account
1) i was tired from all the train riding
2) my body could not comprehend the sudden amount of food i was eating compared to what i was eating that day
3) i misplaced my wallet under my coat and didnt know where it was
hey, can team 3 designate a point of contact for the helpdesk the game ahead? Basically someone who can take on a role to always be staying online and tracking updates/responding if battle challenges etc.
In terms of strategy what I can think of is:
โข finding the most efficient route
โข knowing when to keep trying with a challenge vs when to give up - but I guess this wonโt be as relevant for us as it is for the real jet lag
โข when to spend time on a battle challenge (which might succeed, or might not) vs just going for new stations
โข keeping energy up throughout the day
As an idea for strategy, start off scrambling to claim Oxford Circus, then find a cluster of stations with rapidly doable tasks to claim territory early on, and then think about going on the offensive

If we have adjacent stations claimed, there are less entry points per station for the rival teams
remember we were (cryptically) warned โTeams should bear in mind that to an extent your strategy may be driven by what the actual challenges turn out to beโ
There's also the thing that other teams might have the same idea as us

I think I was vaguely thinking that we could do Knightsbridge, then come back to Green park and that would put us in a good spot to go in any direction if we wanted to continue
