Just want to check something - photos can be pretaken within your hiding zone, yes? (this is in the rules in Hiding Zones under the Hiding section) However, can you then still use those photos in the endgame? Or do photo questions asked during the endgame have to be answered with new photos taken after the question is asked?

The rules indicate that during the end game you can answer a photo question with "I cannot answer this question", because you can't move and get to the necessary place. However, what if you have a photo already saved on your phone from earlier in the round that would answer the question? Are you obliged to send it? Can you choose whether or not to send it? The interpretation of the rules is that you should take photos after questions have been asked. It's more of an informal relaxation of the rules that you can take photos in advance for early and midgame. If the seekers ask a question in the endgame that requires you to move in any capacity in order to answer (regardless of whether you did so in advance or not), the correct and most fair reply should be to say unable to answer or similar
