I think basically everything is closer to LCY so this might not be worth keeping in (admittedly Kensington Olympia is just under a km closer to LHR, but I think that's it)

Oh I just checked the rule modifications and it now says airports are not applicable, so that seems to be resolved
I think I had a few questions about some edge cases. For one, what would constitute an "entrance" to a station that is linked to a NR station? Is it the NR station entrance, or is it the Tube gateline? And for the purposes of taking a picture near an entrance, do entrances that are currently closed count? And where is the "border" of Z1 for this game? I'm thinking there may be some parks, for instance, that are outside any hiding zone but may be the closest (amusement) park for PoI. It may also be good to get an explicit list of NR termini

oh lol also: how do we answer the train platform photo question if the station is currently closed? Is that just a "no can do" or do we ban that question?

A quick reminder:
Whilst it is not mandatory for a JLUK game, it is highly recommended to bring a powerbank and form of ID, and enough water; just in case.
My train is unfortunately delayed. It was originally coming in to Euston for 07:56 from Birmingham New Street and then I was going to leg it over to Kings Cross.

@deleted-role Just to remind you all, if there's a situation where you need us to verify something in person, do let us know. Since me and Realigning have the means to do so. Probably unlikely but just to say.

This is not a body of water:(edited)
Rule clarification: Selfie
Any selfie-question must show at least 2 team members. For most games this means the whole team, for Game 3 this means they can choose which 2 should be in the photo
Game 2: CoolDog and Dobex have been caught (2nd run) with a time of 2 hours and 19 minutes. An improvement on their earlier time, but not by enough to win
Game 2 has been completed - and AvuncularEnergy and Alec have the longest hiding time in that game. Congratulations!
@deleted-role how many of you are currently down for spoons after the event? I'm currently holding 2 tables but if there's around 7 of us interested I can give up one.
Game 1: FahmiSack and JulesWitold have been caught with a time of 5 hours and 50 minutes. Making this the longest time of the day. With that, Game 1 ends.
I'll have more feedback later for the game, tomorrow likely, but generally from my perspective the game experience was really smooth with the Helpdesk comms at least in our game, so thanks to that everyone that helped
Thank you everyone for the games and help desk for the support! Great fun first game and would be delighted to do it again
I am slightly curious about one point (and not sure if anyone else thought through the implications already) - if you chose the Temple station hiding zone, but sat south of the river, what sort of shenanigans could you get away with? If you zoom in closely you canโt cross Waterloo bridge without leaving your zone, so you would be unable to answer station-based questions for example, even without being in the endgame??
I think most times where any shenanigans like that, could potentially happen, seekers asked for โlandmass questionโ which split at riversides so this wouldnโt happen (this is just from todayโs experience and what I quickly read in the chats during the game)

We did this with Embankment! Unfortunately seekers asked the landmass question early and figured out we were in the tiny South Bank sliver, but we had a good hiding spot so it still took a while
